SHIPPING POLICY

We do our best to send out your order within 2 to 3 business days of purchase (except for pre-orders). You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is on its way. If there’s a delay, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. 

SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

Courier & Tracking

We use NZ Post couriers, and all parcels come with tracking, so you can keep an eye on your order. We default to no signature required.

Shipping Rates

We offer a range of options for both urban and rural delivery:

• Flat rate shipping of $8.00, plus $5.70 for rural delivery. 

• Free shipping on orders over $175 NZD. 

Delivery Times

Orders usually arrive within 2-6 days, but if you haven’t received your parcel after a week, get in touch, and we’ll look into it. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Australia

• Economy Tracked (for orders under $250 NZD): $25.00 NZD (Delivery in 3-10 working days)

• International Courier (for orders over $250 NZD, tracking + signature required): $45.00 NZD (Delivery in 2-6 working days)

Rest of the World

We ship worldwide! Shipping costs can vary on weight, destination and value. Please contact us before ordering, and we’ll provide a shipping quote.  

TAX & DUTIES

Any tax or duty charges incurred when your parcel arrives in your country are out of our control and are the buyer’s responsibility.
